Healthy Living Tips by Expert of Macrobiotic

Many ways people do in order to get health and free from disease, especially degenerative diseases . According to the World Makrobiotika expert Michio Kushi, the most fundamental way to cure the disease is to restore ourselves to the conditions in harmony with the universe. This can be achieved with diet and mental approach .

In short, there are some tips that need to be done so that we are free from degenerative diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, etc.. Tips include:

1. The dish we eat contains at least 50% whole grains, such as rice, brown rice, wheat ( in the form of bread or noodles), oatmeal, corn, and so on .

2. Approximately 20 % - 30% of the dish consists of fresh vegetables naturally .

3. A total of 10% - 15% include legumes and seaweed cooked .

4. The drink is a traditional tea that is unscented and stimulant effects .

5. Eating fish and shellfish in small amounts once or twice a week .

6. Cooked fruit that can be eaten as a dessert two or three times a week .

7. Nuts can be enjoyed as a snack or food additives .

8. Avoid eating at least three hours before bedtime .

9. Foods eaten should be well chewed at least 50 times .

10. Drink a small glass of water, but not cold water / ice.
 11. Live in peace without worrying about anything .

12. Be active always both physically and mentally .

13. Be grateful for all that has been received .

14. Perform regular physical activity, including housework and exercise.
